filingbee is committed to providing you with exceptional service and support. We are dedicated to delivering the best service possible through our website. We will correct any situation if you are not satisfied with any of our services by sending an email to [email protected] as soon as possible.

1. Delay in Service

In the case that the documents or information were not transmitted on time, we are not responsible for the consequences. In the event that you have paid any money to a government entity, such as filing fees or taxes, or to any third parties with a role in processing your order, we cannot refund or credit that amount. Additionally, we cannot refund money that you pay directly to third parties, such as payments made directly to affiliates.

2. Out of Control

We cannot guarantee the outcome or results of any procedure. A trademark application may be rejected by the government for reasons outside the scope of filingbee's service. Governments might get backlogged or face problems with their platforms (e.g. MCA website, Income Tax website, FSSAI website) leading to long delays, causing your process to take longer than you expected. The same is true for services provided by filingbee Partner Network on the platform, who are independent contractors. The guarantee does not cover or apply to problems like these where we have no control. Therefore, the delay in the Government's processing of your application cannot lead to a refund.

3. Refund Policy

Simply send an email to [email protected] if you are not satisfied, and we'll be in touch as soon as possible.

  1. When you delay sending documents or information, we are not responsible for the consequences.

  2. In the event that you have paid any money to a government entity, such as filing fees or taxes, or to any third parties with a role in processing your order, we cannot refund or credit that amount.

  3. Additionally, we cannot refund money that you pay directly to third parties, such as payments made directly to affiliates.

  4. A refund is only applicable when filingbee has clearly failed to provide the services you requested.

  5. In the event that the client changes their minds, moods or situations, filingbee shall not be liable.

  6. The refund request shall not be valid if it is made after the completion of services or fulfilment of orders.

  7. Upon approval of refund from filingbee, the refund shall be made within 30 working days following settlement of your claim. Refunds will only be made for professional fees; they do not include government fees, taxes, charges, challan payments, third-party payments, payment gateway charges, or vendor payments.

4. Change of Service

The request for a change of services can be made to filingbee within 60 days of sending payment, provided the original order has not been completed by filingbee at the time of making the request.You will receive a credit for the original order fees after subtracting the government fees, affiliate fees, or any third party vendor fees. Once filingbee has accepted your change request, you will be liable for any additional fees.

5. Abandoned Orders

After 120 days from the purchase date, you will not be able to cancel, receive a credit or request a cash refund for any undelivered order unless filingbee is at fault. Fees are displayed for convenience only. Our Satisfaction Guarantee applies to delivered orders. It is acknowledged by both parties that filingbee is out of pocket for both time and money in undertaking the work, and both parties intend to complete it. An abandoned order will be subject to liquidated damages equal to the amount paid to filingbee for reimbursement of our commitment to service it.
